UHT Canaan is located in picturesque Tillamook County, Oregon, three miles from the Pacific Ocean. We are home to approximately 80 milking cows mostly Jerseys with some select Milking Shorthorns.  We moved to Tillamook, Oregon in April of 2002 and incorporated Milking Shorthorns into our herd in May of 2003. Our operation is mainly focused on purebred cattle with emphasis on pedigree, type and production.

We compete at all major shows: World Dairy Expo, NAILE Louisville, Harrisburg along with our West Coast shows.

We travel approximately 15,000 miles a year. In 2006 we had Grand Champion Milking Shorthorn at Harrisburg along with 2 All-American nominations. We were also fortunate enough to have four Jersey All-American Nominations.  

Inquires are always welcome and look for our consignments in sales throughout the country. One of our top sellers, which we had bred, was UHT Just Wait Loraine who was the third highest selling Jersey in 2006 with a price tag of $31,900.

We are also proud to be owners of select animals with Waverly Farms, Delbert Rocha, Gordon Farms, Hank Van Exel, Stuart Rowe and Paul Stiles.

We also have a small herd of Toggenburg Dairy Goats, which we also show on the West Coast, occasional National Shows and Louisville, Kentucky.  We were honored this year to have our Senior Kid and Four Year Old named Reserve All American.
